We begin with a comprehensive diagnostic scan to ensure your Navara is in peak condition for tuning. A dyno baseline run follows, capturing crucial data for our software engineers to create your bespoke ECU calibration.

Next, our trained technician installs an HPD front-mount intercooler kit. While the standard intercooler is positioned at the front of the vehicle, its smaller size and less durable rubber hoses are not ideal for sustained heavy towing or hard driving. Our heavy-duty, larger-capacity intercooler and silicone piping kit delivers superior cooling, controls heat under load, and provides far greater hose strength for long-term reliability.

For cleaner operation, we install HPD’s catch can to capture oil mist before it reaches the inlet manifold—preventing carbon buildup, protecting engine components, and improving efficiency.

We install a CRG Fabrication hot side and throttle pipe combo to prevent oil leaks, keep the air temperature sensor secure, and improve airflow with an alloy reducing cone, eliminating factory bottlenecks and boosting performance.

Next, we replace the restrictive factory exhaust with a Manta Performance turbo-back system, dramatically improving exhaust flow for better breathing, enhanced performance, and a deeper, more refined sound.

Using the latest ECU tuning tools, we fine-tune your vehicle in real time on the dyno to maximise power, torque, and fuel efficiency—while keeping reliability and driveability a top priority. After tuning, we complete road testing to make final adjustments for smooth performance in everyday conditions.
