The Ford Ranger Stage 4 upgrade is designed to deliver exceptional performance gains, transforming your vehicle’s capability and driving experience.

We begin with a comprehensive diagnostic scan to ensure your Ranger is in peak condition for tuning. A dyno baseline run follows, capturing crucial data for our software engineers to create your bespoke ECU calibration.

Our trained technician then fits the GTurbo FR-G300 turbo, delivering higher boost capability, improved low-end torque, and sustained boost pressure. Combined with precision ECU tuning, this results in a substantial increase in both power and torque.

For cleaner operation, we install HPD’s catch can to capture oil mist before it reaches the inlet manifold—preventing carbon buildup, protecting engine components, and improving efficiency.

Next, we replace the restrictive factory exhaust with a Manta Performance turbo-back system, dramatically improving exhaust flow for better breathing, enhanced performance, and a deeper, more refined sound.

We also fit an HPD front-mount intercooler kit with heavy-duty, large-capacity cooling and high-strength silicone hoses. This upgrade keeps intake temperatures under control during sustained load, ensuring consistent performance and long-term reliability.

Once the hardware is in place, we perform a custom ECU tune on the dyno, using the latest tuning software to fine-tune engine parameters in real time for maximum power, torque, and fuel efficiency.

The process concludes with an extensive road test, making final adjustments to ensure optimal drivability in all conditions. You’ll also receive a detailed dyno graph comparing your Ranger’s performance before and after the upgrade, clearly showcasing the dramatic improvements achieved.
